Help!
I have a desk job & sit most of the day. at 20 weeks I’m starting to already get uncomfortable, I do try & get up to walk a bit. Any tips tricks or helpful ideas?
It is my first time pregnant, so I’m trying to figure this all out. I have pains in my back & butt mostly. Some days it’s even in my uterus area. I have a lot of stretching going on right now too that isn’t helping. . Any helpful tips I would love. Thank you!
