After 3 losses we are 6 weeks pregnant

Of course I’m very very nervous and a lot of thoughts but doing my very best to stay positive

We do not see our dr until Tuesday

Is it normal to have symptoms sort of come and go?

I’ve had sore breasts for over a week now but today they haven’t been as sore and the pain I’ve been having in my right side didn’t happen at all today!!

Is this normal for these symptoms to come and go?!

I just want this pregnancy to go well and I want my rainbow baby!!!
