Hello, I’m having issues. My daughter is now 9 months old and we are still breastfeeding. I work nights and while I’m at work I pump every 3 hours. I thought maybe it was because my boobs weren’t emptying but I can have a second let down when I’m pumping and they still ache after breastfeeding my daughter. I don’t know what else to do but I feel like the aching is causing my milk supply to drop😭

I can’t afford a lactation consultant. Where I live they charge at minimum $75!!!

I should also add that I do not have any lumps in my breasts, they just ache😖
