Help, forgotten my last period date
Hi everyone, so I accidentally deleted this app about a week ago so I can’t remember the exact date of my last period! But I know my peak day for ovulation was the 3rd July.. now my menstrual cycle is 28 days and my period normally lasts about 5 days but my period hasn’t come yet which I’m sure it should of by now. I’ve taken a pregnancy test and it’s saying negative? I’m confused, someone help!
