Discharge after Pap??

So, I got a Pap smear at my first prenatal appt. on Tuesday because I was over due, I’ve never spotted before after one, but I know it is common. So right after, the midwife said that she couldn’t see any bleeding, so I should be good. No bleeding Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, but this morning when I wiped, I had a tiny bit of brown discharge, which has been increasing more and more since then. Sill just brown discharge, but after having 3 miscarriages, it’s still a little scary. Has anyone had any similar (good or bad outcome) situations to this?? Tia! (I’m currently waiting to hear back from my OB about a prescription they were supposed to write me yesterday, so I’ll talk to her about it then)
