PGP - pelvic girdle pain !
Hey. Does anyone suffer from PGP? I recently found out that I have it an going to see a physio next week. Anyway, I am looking for any tips people might have ? currently cannot sleep pretty much and can only sit bolt up right with my hot water bottle. thanks in advance! :)
