Haaka for first time mom?

Question

I’m due in two weeks and want to breast feed. Later on I would love to go out and have my husband feed the baby. Would this be a good purchase or do you think an electric pump would be better? 
I would also use it if babe doesn’t get all the milk out of the second breast or is to full for the second breast. TIA!

I'd personally get both. The haaka is great for catching your letdown on the other side while bubs is feeding. Also great if your engorged.

I have a haaka, manual pump, and double electric pump and Ive used them all. I don’t use the haaka anymore (7 weeks) but it was really useful in the first few weeks. I use the manual pump in the middle of the night or when I’m away from home for a few hours to relieve pressure, and the electric first thing in the morning to build a stash (and will use it when I go back to work).
