What a way to start the weekend...

Question

We’re pregnant! My husband has been out of the country all week and has no idea . I am leaving a card with a gift bag of baby items on the counter for when he gets home .  Can’t wait to see his reaction!!

Any advice for a soon to be new mommy?? :) 
My sister-in-law was never able to conceive and is very sensitive to other people’s pregnancies , any advice on how we should break the news to her?

Congrats! About your sister in law, I would make sure she is one of the first to know. Approach her directly. You can’t keep it a secret from her forever and I think people with fertility struggles appreciate other people being upfront about it, that’s all you can do. Say it in a caring way and acknowledge that you know it might bring up complicated feelings for her.

Congratulations!  Maybe do a gift for your sister in law, invite her to appointments. My husband and I have been TTC for 10 months and his niece who is 22 found out and told us she was pregnant at 3 months and she was on birth control. still kinda hurts cuz we are trying but I am happy for her and even asked to be apart of the appointments and be there for her. Good luck!
