Not crawling

My son is almost 10 mo old and still being as stubborn as ever! He doesn’t like being on his belly, so as soon as he gets frustrated that he can’t get to a toy, he flips over. He already pulls himself to standing, and takes steps when holding a hand, but won’t crawl! He also has never gotten on all fours. I try to set him up on knees and hands and he just drops his head and bends his front half down...

Anyone have tips/tricks to help a stubborn little dude?!
