Skyla/Mirena CRASH

I had my Skyla IUD, removed on Monday. I have had for the full 3 years and my husband and I ready to start a family. Today is Friday and I feel like literally DEATH.

I woke up with full blown flu symptoms. Body aches, chills, runny nose, sore throat, and cough.

I have read about the potential crash after iud removal but had no clue I would feel this bad.

I am a salon owner/stylist and I can barely hold my head up, and feel so off my game.

Any tips or tricks to help bounce back?
