My son is 4 months old tomorrow, and is on a pretty consistent nap and eating schedule. I’m nervous about our napping routine and I’m not sure what I should do from here. He naps close to the same times every day, but he falls asleep to me wrapping him up and shhhushing him rocking him to sleep. Then he naps in my bed with me there laying by him or watching tv. I don’t mind this now, but how do I start a regular nap routine so he doesn’t need me for naps. He sleeps perfectly through the night in his own bed and own room, so I’m scared to put him in his crib for naps for fear of messing with that.
