Double standards???

I feel like when it comes to domestic violence, there is a double standard. I feel like women can be violent towards their man but you don’t hear it being talked about a lot. & I don’t want to sound like an asshole, but a woman should not hit a man several times & expect him not to retaliate. The same goes for the man. A man should never put his hands on a woman & a woman should never put her hands on a man. I just think so many people do not think like that. So ladies, how do you feel about this topic? I am curious to know because I’m doing a paper on it. Thank you ❤️
