Feeling stuck!!

My SO & I suffered a miscarriage back in December which absolutely broke our hearts, and since then we have been trying for our blessing, which has been a complete failure so far 😔 the problem is, I have a very low sex drive. I almost never want it, during my fertile time I always try to make myself because we both want this so bad, but sometimes I just can’t because I don’t want to have sex AT ALL. I know I have to be lacking something because I am still young and I used to have a very high drive. Can you all give me some advice & things I could maybe try to help??
