TMI— health concern

For the past 4 days ive had diarrhea almost every hour, nausea, pounding headaches that won’t go away, and the worst stomach pains. I can’t go afford to go to the doctor so I’ve been taking Imodium Aleeve and pepto. Not at the same time of course and nothing is working. I haven’t changed eating habits or ate out. I’m scared it might be something serious and I might need to risk going to the doctor but I don’t want to go for nothing and waste money.
