Why do women carry on having painful and uncomfortable sex?

So I seen this post on twitter and thought a few of the replies were interesting. There were a bunch of other girls also agreeing that they do the same thing.
Why do you think women carry on having sex when it starts feeling uncomfortable, or even painful, without even telling their man? When most men probably wouldn’t have a problem in stopping the sex if they themselves started to get turned off.

So I don‘t know about other women but I used to feel as if I „didn’t do my job“ until he was finished so I felt bad if he didn’t. But I was also in a highly abusive relationship and I realise that’s something I have to work on for the future. I think for me it’s like personal achievement 😅 I’ve never had sex where It’s been so painful I’ve wanted him to stop, but there has been times when it’s been a little too much and I‘ve rode it out (excuse the pun) cos it’s like don’t pussy out now 😅 I’m usually sore afterwards and I’ll say ouch, he always says why didn’t you tell me but I’m just like 💪🏽. could be a number of factors. abusive relationship for one. and 2 (like me) i really get a lot of satisfaction out of satisgying my partner. even in my work as an escort i feel some kinda way when i send people off knowig they paid to get a nut and they didnt. 
its not always black and white. also sometimes that pain is undiagnosed female problems and not necissarily their partner.
