Yes of course. Fraternal twins are more common since they're 2 eggs and 2 sperms and women with the twin gene tend to release multiple eggs increasing chance, hyperovulation i think it's called, it's genetic so. However identical twins, is not genetic since the egg splitting is a random thing, i think it's a total coincidence if a identical twin was pregnant with identical twins, a rare coincidence. I don't know a lot about identical twins so i could be wrong on identical twins being genetic or something, but you get what i mean.
My grandma was a fraternal twin. My mother was a fraternal triplet and i am a fraternal twin who is currently pregnant with fraternal twins lol. It's totally possible.

As I understand women are the only carrier of twin genes so if youre having 2 boys identical or not then they have no different chances to anyone else; it'll be down to the partners they eventually have children with! If you're having identical twin girls they are random so they don't necessarily carry a gene therefore their chances are no higher than a normal person but fraternal twin girls have a very very very high chance and they can run in families! 
I'm having Di/Di girls, they're due in September & until they are here we won't know if they're fraternal (more likely) or identical (33% chance).
