How much tummy time does your LO do?
I keep Scarlett in an upright position when I hold her so she’s working her neck muscles, or I’ll lay with her on my chest. But if I put her on a blanket or mat, she acts like she doesn’t know how to pick her head up. She just lays there and chews on her hand then wiggles her butt and legs, then gets frustrated and starts crying...
