Cervix cramps?

So I'm 4 DPO and this was my first time actually TTC seriously. I even used PreSeed and started a bbt chart. For the past couple of days I've been feeling some tugging and stretching in my cervix. Does anyone know what this is? Has anyone experienced this? I've never felt this before

I'm not expecting this to be an early pregnancy symptom at all I'm just wondering if anyone has had this during ovulation or right after
