I didn’t know they were contractions

So at my first weekly NST yesterday I noticed the toco numbers kept going up between 40-50 and I had no clue what it meant. All I noticed is whenever I was having gas pains (I had just ate Taco Bell) the numbers would shoot up. When the nurses came back in they were like “yeah you’ve been having contractions on and off this whole time.” So now I know for the last week I haven’t had gas it’s been contractions! I could’ve went into labor and just thought I had to fart really bad 🙄😂
