Hello ladies, I want to get back to my weight from 4 years ago. I've always been thick (and loved it) but now I just feel down right fat. My husband still says I'm sexy but you all know it's more than that, I wanna look good for me. It's really affecting my mood and desire to do things. I need suggestions or advice about how to lose my baby and post baby weight (daughter is 18mo)... I have a gym membership but motivation to go isn't always there and I keep saying I'm gonna diet but I've always ate what I wanted and don't wanna stop now. I don't eat crap and take out all the time but it's not all veggies and grilled chicken either lol. Help! It's all in my belly, hips, and lower back. I want to start TTC but not until I'm back down to at least 180 my goal is 170 (where I was) I was 180 pre baby. I'm current 214 and 5'10"...
