Paragard
Right now I have the Nexplanon implant and I've decided I want to change because of all the PMS and unpredictable periods and spotting I've been experiencing. I like the fact that the Paragard has zero hormones, but I'm not sure if this is going to solve my PMS or period problems. I just want to hear an honest opinion from someone who has tried it.
