I keep doing research as I can not function morning without my coffee, and everywhere I look I keep seeing different answers! Help?!

You're going to get different answers from anyone. My Dr told me 200-400 mg a day. I followed that with both pregnancies. My first is a perfectly healthy almost 11 year old! And I'm 38 weeks pregnant with my second and she is perfectly healthy as well. I have one cup of coffee a day and sometimes I'll have 2!

Coffee will not harm your baby directly. What can happen is problems with placental circulation to the baby so it increases the risk of miscarriage and premature labor. I also used to say I couldn't live without coffee. Turns out I can. 😁

In the US the standard is up to 200 mg is safe (Canada says 300). I have a cup every morning and then either tea or Diet Coke later in the day. I don’t track the amount, I’m just mindful that if I have a larger amount of caffeine one day, I’ll take it easy for a day or two. My baby is growing right on track.

I drank one 12oz STRONG coffee (Cuban espresso) daily through pregnancy. I’m sure I exceeded the safe caffeine intake suggestions, but I had no issues and my daughter is now 13 months and quite the good sleeper lol. The suggestions are constantly changing. Just a few years ago coffee was bad for you and now they’re saying like 8 cups a day keeps heart disease at bay. 🙄 Stick to the current study and get some caffeine. I don’t would think the withdrawal would put way more stress on your body that you don’t need during pregnancy.

I drink 1/2 regular 1/2 decaf. Folgers sells the can ( green can). I think after my pregnancy I'll continue to drink my coffee this way. I taste/feel no different.

It is safe to consume up to 200mg per day. I’ve had coffee every day of my pregnancy and everything is just fine at 25 weeks. 
You could also opt for coffee that had less caffeine in it, but isnt decaf either.  Amazon sells Mommee Coffee - comes in 1/2 caffeine and 1/4 caffeine

You can have up to 200mg daily. Each 8oz cup of coffee is approximately 100mg. I have 4 kids and drank coffee with no issues, except I had to wait an hour after eating breakfast or it would upset my stomach.

Caffeine transfers across the placenta although I heard something like 200mg was safe (not sure if that weekly or daily) so I would say decaf to be safe until you speak with your doctor.
