I really need opinions please!

Last night I started hurting really bad in my back and stomach. I am 25 weeks today. At first I just thought maybe I was going to have explosive diarrhea or picked up a stomach virus. They hurt so bad but were coming too close for me to think they were contractions. I took two Tylenol and I sat in bathtub in warm water thinking that they might would ease up. I started getting extremely nauseous. I called my husband to bring me something to puke in since was still in tub. I puked in a bucket shortly after. I mean I puked, not a little. I got out of and tub laid down with just my towel on and fell asleep. I woke up not long ago, my insides hurt. Like my stomach is sore. I am having some mild cramping and pain in my back. Nothing like last night. Found baby on Doppler, I hadn't felt her move much yet. Would you phone doctor?
