I took my thyroid pill this morning at 8 am, it is now 11:30. I threw up a few minutes ago, do you think I need to take another? Or should I be okay?

If you throw up within the hour, take another one. I think you had plenty of time for it to be absorbed. Ask your doctor next time you see them. Thyroid hormone is SO SO important while you’re pregnant that you just can’t be skipping doses if you can help it. I had a hard time in the beginning too, but was told the one hour rule. Ask your doctor though to be sure
