Could I be pregnant?

My ex boyfriend and I got STD tested and decided that we would have unprotected sex since we’re both clean and were in a monogamous relationship. We started having unprotected sex after I had been consistently taking my birth control pill for two months. I’m on Lo loestrin fe and take the pill around the same time everyday. I’ve never missed a pill. My ex boyfriend finished in me a lot. We’re in a long distance relationship for right now and it’s been a month since we’ve had sex. I didn’t get my period this month but that’s not uncommon since Lo loestrin fe is known to make periods come to a halt or less frequent. The only pregnancy “symptoms” I’m experiencing is slight incontinence. I found a little pee drip (size of a dime) in my underwear two days in a row but I’m skeptical that incontinence starts this early in a pregnancy and one of my nipples hurt but it’s been hurting since I’ve gotten on the pill. I’m getting a pregnancy test tonight but should I be worried about the results?

Update: I broke up with him and he’s a piece of shit. Good thing I’m not pregnant.
