Would you take them?

Say you live in an apartment with 11 other units. The people across from you move out, but after moving you realize they left a load of clothes in the dryer. The clothes are kids clothes, same age as your kids. They are all brand new with tags. (I don’t know who washes stuff with tags still on them but they did) so it’s for sure new. You put them on top of the dryer and it’s been 2 1/2 weeks, no one has came back to get them. Other people in other units are getting irritated about this big pile of clothes on the dryer getting in the way. Eventually someone will throw them away. Would you take them? Would you consider it stealing?

They are all name brand clothes, but these people said they were moving far away and obviously they aren’t coming back for them.
