So I’m 29 weeks pregnant with my first baby and started noticing white dry flakes inside the creases of my nipples. I don’t know how to explain it. If I stick my nail in the folds I can pull dry flakes out. I know it’s my breast getting ready for milk, but my question is HOW THE FUCK DO YOU CLEAN IT OFF! I tried scrubbing my nipples but even when I get out of the shower I can still stick my nail in and pull some off. I’ve never had to deal with this 😩 Is there a special brush or some shit?
