Was it rape?

I was in my bed- blackout drunk, I couldn’t walk or even string a sentence along. The guy came in my room, got in my bed told me to come over to him and started kissing me- I wasn’t in a position to even move. I hadn’t given him any signs prior to this that I wanted to sleep with him.

I woke up with no pants on, I definitely didn’t take them off myself. While slipping in and out of consciousness- I believe, he was going down on me and I then black out again. I then come back and he’s asking me if I’m on birth control while having sex with me I say no, not really realising he’s having sex with me I was too drunk, then I drift out again, I then realise again he’s having sex with me and I tell him to stop- which I think he did, I’m unsure.

I know I 100% wouldn’t have sex with this person if sober, I also know I 100% wasn’t in the frame of mind to consent to any sex.

Speaking to others who were here that night I was completely out of it- couldn’t stand etc and he was sober. I feel like maybe it was my fault, maybe I kissed him back, because I was drunk etc....
