HELP!!!

My boyfriend, who I have been with for almost 2 years broke up with me yesterday. I was heart broken and in pain. We started talking and I begged for another chance. He gave us another shot, but he told me that he went and talked with his ex the night we broke up. Which was yesterday. He said it was a mistake and that he regrets it. But his ex tried ruining our relationship and I am a wreck. We are back together, but it still hurts bad. I need advice.
