anyone going through third trimester insomnia?

just started back up about a week ago... I'm 28.4 weeks now and takes me forever to fall asleep I'm wide awake and then when I fall asleep finally I only sleep for a few hours before I wake up again and can't fall back asleep. idk if it's adrenaline or what but it's driving me crazy!!! 
anyone else?!

I can fall asleep fine but staying asleep is hard. I wake up in the middle of the night and can’t fall back asleep

I don’t even remember what it feels like to sleep through the night. I’ve been waking up around 2 or 3 am every night since the first few weeks. 😩 I usually have to take a unisom to go back to sleep at night.

Yes! No matter what time I go to sleep, I wake up at 3:00 AM and can't fall back asleep 😭

Mee I cannot stay sleep took me hours to fall asleep last night and when i finally did i was up every hour taking another hour to fall back asleep 😑🤦🏽‍♀️

Oh no I had this for about a month earlier in the second trimester.  I hope it doesn’t return for me. I remember trying everything and just laying awake for hours in bed.  I was so miserable.  I hope you are able to find something soon to help you get some rest.

I’m struggling with it too but mine is mostly from my baby kicking and being so active! That she won’t let me rest
