Terrified of labor

Anyone else absolutely terrified to go into labor and give birth? I am a worry wart to the max. My mind automatically goes to the worst scenario no matter what it is. At 35 weeks it’s starting to sink in that soon I will be giving birth and it worries the hell out of me! I’m a FTM so the unknowing of the pain, what to expect and everything else scares me. Now my doctor is talking about doing a c-section because of my sons size and that scares me even more because I’ve never had anything medically done except stitches twice. Being a mommy with anxiety is making my mind go a million different directions 😩
