Has anybody on here already had an abortion? i need help/advice.

i had an abortion April 24, 2018. i was 12w 6d. but, i’ve literally been bleeding non stop since. some days it just spotting, other days it’s pouring & such a heavy flow. i’ve been in & out of the doctors office at least 20 times since. i just keep getting told i have a thick endometrium now since i experienced something so tragic. well, this morning i woke up literally covered in blood. my night time pad was soaked, my bed was soaked, my underwear are completely ruined. i just need help, is there anything else i can do? anything i can try? anything to help make me more comfortable? i’ll literally do anything at this point.
