hi ladies! on all of my doctors charts it says I have pcos.. I never remember doing actual testing for it or undergoing bloodwork , anything! no one actually diagnosed me. they assumed I had it because I have the unwanted hair and my weight.

It’s not necessary to have all these symptoms means you’ve pcos you should take some test to diagnose pcos
Fsh LH hormones tests prolactin level test fasting blood sugar level to know about insulin resistance and one ultrasound that should be vaginal ultrasound to know have cyst in ovary or not 
I’ve insulin resistance and high prolactin level cyst in left ovary I’ve pcod means disease not syndrome my advice you should get tested And get right treatment
