Edit: we are both very adamant about not having sex. Neither one of us wants to do so until marriage. I am just worried about him feeling uncomfortable. No clothes have come off and there hasn’t been an attempt to do so. We do go out in public a lot, but Sundays after church we normally hang out at his place with his family.

So I am in a relationship with a man who just so happens to be a virgin. He is a Christian and I am as well, but I am not a virgin. All we have done is kiss, but sometimes the kissing is very passionate and it makes me want to take things further and I do not want to push him further than what he is comfortable doing? What can I do to put the ice on. He and I have talked about and he says that I’m not making him uncomfortable and that when he is ready to go further that he would let me know, but I don’t want him to feel like he has to go further and I’m afraid of making him uncomfortable. Any advice is appreciated.
