Periods

I got a little frisky with a guy friend and he didn’t finish inside me, but over my near my lower hip area and 2 weeks later. My period arrives 2 weeks later in that month and I haven’t gotten it this month. It is 1 week late, 2 weeks ago I spotted straight after ovulation ( I never spot and my period is usually on time), I have done some exercising lately and I have gotten heart burn, stomach cramps. I’m starting to get worried. Please comment below if any of this has happened to you or what you thoughts are on this.
