Please help! While changing my 4 month old baby’s diaper I noticed a really red rash that was not there in his previous diaper change. He doesn’t look like he’s in pain but it still concerns me. Do any of you moms know what it might be and have any tips?

Wash it and put some diaper rash cream on it. If it does not go away or get better with one treatment. Go to the pediatricians.
