exactly 2 days before AF every month i get migraines and this continues untill 3 days into AF, migraine pills ect nothing seems to take them away i sit for like 5 whole days from morning till night then as soon as my period is done im fine the rest of the month.. tell me its not just me, & anyone any tips on how to ease these migraines?
