achy hips 😫

Im 10 dpo. I've had no symptoms this whole 2WW untill today. I've been cramping but it's almost unnoticeable so I'm not bothered by it. The thing that gets me is the area in front of my hip bones will hurt. it's mostly the left one. Itll pulse and then go away. Sometimes itll alternate and go to the right. Also my back is starting to ache. I've had two other babies and never experienced this. it almost reminds me of round ligament pain. anyone else have this?

I'm sure I didnt hurt myself. it just started randomly today and has gotten more and more frequent and worse.
