so I found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks and like 2 days .. they made a chart right away and did an ultrasound.. dr told me to go back at 8 weeks for another ultrasound cause it looked like 2 sacs but only 1 baby but it was really early so it could have been a blood clot or whatever else.. I'm 9 weeks today so I called to make an appointment for this week and they don't have my chart 😒 so I have to go in like I'm barely finding out 😂 on the plus side hubby gets to find out with me today 🙌 he wasn't there the first time so we get a do over haha
