5DPO. Phantom symptoms?

Sooo, usually I don't do this (R.Kelly just popped up). But I'm kinda obsessed with this 2ww. A part of me is afraid that it's all in my head. I'm usually very levelheaded. Pessimistic even. But here goes:

I believe I ovulated on the 18th at noon. Cramps, I get PMS like cramps. BD that night. Very sharp dull pain (not normal) the day after around bed time. Nauseous 2dpo - 4dpo. Horribly nauseous today. Leakage. Weaned my dd off 14 months ago and only leaked once when I had a cyst too close to ovaries. And I kid you not, yesterday and today fluttery dull pull under bellybutton towards left side. Needle like pain around vag. I got an early bfp with my first at 10dpo. But this seems waaay to early and I am starting to question my sanity. CM is white creamy, like lotion, around cervix, which is high, semi-closed and firm since today, before it was soft. Should I get my hopes up or check with my doc if I have another cyst. This is the first time we're actually trying vs going with the flow, and I'm afraid that I want it so much I've developed phantom symptoms. Peace.
