Negative tests

Hello everyone! I’m just wondering what everyone thinks about this... I was on birth control for so many years and then my husband and I got married in may and I stopped taking my bc at the end of may. We both are ready for a baby. I am 30 years old and I had my period in June around the 6th and I haven’t had one yet this month. I have been feeling crampy bloated and this week I’ve noticed my breasts are really tender and I did take a test today but was negative. What does everyone think?
