7dpo... has any one else experienced this? 1000mg metformin and newly off bc

I know it’s sooo early, but this is my 1st cycle TTC ended birth control 4 weeks ago and started on 1000mg of metformin, 2 positive ovulation tests last Sunday and Monday and I did bd. I took a hpt today and it was neg but i know they say usually wait til 12 dpo.. I will test again then. Anyone experience thin white cm and extremely sore nipples before getting a bfp after experiencing these things? My nipples have NEVER been sore before a period in my life, or have I ever had this much cm before a period.. it was so much I thought af came early til I went to the bathroom and looked.
