Ovulation cramps???

So I’ve been cramping on my left side where my ovary is since ovulation. All night tonight and most of the day I’ve been really nauseous. It hits me in waves. Anyone else experiencing this? Or am I putting way to much thought into this? I NEVER cramp so this is completely new to me. Even when AF hits. I’m trying for baby #2. I’ve posted before about me cramping on my left side. It’s more like I’m being poked in my ovary.

Hello. This is normal. It’s just the feeling of an egg being prepared and then released so nothing to worry about. It might be that it’s the first time you’ve really noticed it or it could just be that you’re cramping more this month for some reason. Hope that helps :)x

I’m 8 dpo and have been feeling cramping/pain on my left ovary the whole time too. Not horrible pain at all but noticeable.
