Cramps

So I’ve been having cramps. It feels like it’s in the middle between my ovaries. I have clear stretchy discharge so maybe it’s ovulation? But my period tracker says I start tm but i just started the app and only have one period in so far. But when I lay down and through out the day my lower back hurts rly bad. I feel like I’ve had clear stretchy discharge for like 4-5 days. Im really hoping I’m not pregnant. I had sex over a month ago but had 2 periods that month which was weird but me and my friend synced up. I had a super heavy period june 25th (btw we used protection) but maybe I have an Ovarian cyst or endometriosis? I have a doc abt scheduled but anyone know what they might say? Thanks!!
