Not my baby

a foster son is 11 months old and has been in my care the day he left the hospital I’m the only mom he even knows. His mom is suddenly trying to get him back after not showing up to court dates and visits for 11 MONTHS! I feel like he’s my own baby I’ve loved him since day one. I know I’m suppose to be happy for reunification but I’m not and secretly hope I can still adopt him
