Never thought I’d be happy to be nauseous

I’m almost 9 weeks. I’ve had my first US and it was perfect, heartbeat strong. Today I had some spotting/bleeding for the first time today. At the time it was scary, but in retrospect, it was only a few drops in the toilet, and I’ve only had a little brown discharge since. I was starting to feel less sick today, so I was worried my symptoms were going away. But tonight, that nausea is BACK. Wow. But I’m actually really happy about it. Makes me feel better!
