Awkward ultrasound timing

So my last ultrasound was at 9w2d, and my next one isn't until 14w4d. Everything looked great last week! Everything measured right on time and heart rate was 184 bpm strong. Should I feel comfortable sharing with the world at 12 weeks even though I don't have my next apt until 14w? I'm a first time mom, so I'm just nervous about really letting all of the news out. What would you guys do?
