no PMS spotting, late period, neg. pregnancy test

I spot every month before my period, usually about 3 to 4 days before.

I havent had any spotting this month. I am 2 days late on my period and every pregnancy test is reading neg.

I am a bit moody and nauseous, I have a lot of lower back pain and cramps in my belly. but other than that no other signs.

also, yesterday which was supposed to be the first day of my period I wiped and there was watery pink on the toilet paper.

has anyone experienced this and still got their bfp? or experienced this and af came?
