I might have high blood pressure 80(

When I went to my appointment of Friday my blood pressure was a lil high so they took it a 2nd time after I told the nurse that I was nervous n she told me not to be then I took a deep breath n inhaled n exhaled n then my numbers were a lil better, now she wants to make sure if I do have high blood pressure so she prescribed me a blood pressure kit (so that I can check my pressure randomly at home so a regular doc can see more accurately if it truly was just my nerves) which I have to go to the pharmacy tomorrow to try n get, I'm hoping that my insurance covers the full or most of the cost
