New to group have a question reg topics

I was just curious are the topics mainly regarding our cycles since we are all similar, or can other topics be brought in.  I wanted to ask something for advice, but really don't want it in th big forum, a lot of woman are being quite rude, judge mental, and down right nasty to each other, and my topic is a little sensitive so I would like to avoid that... Just curious. Thanks for any input. And totally okay if not open to other topics.
